  • Temporary CFO or Temporary Controller for Entities to Insure the Stability of the Entity during Transition. Onsite or remote access. Domestic and international travel is acceptable
  • Representing Bankruptcy Trustees in Administering Bankruptcy Estates
  • Representing Creditor's Committees in Chapter 11 Proceedings

  • Assisting companies register and operate in the EPA RFS2 Environment. This includes assistance with EMTS registration and navigation, consultation on RIN transactions, preparation of quarterly RFS Reports, and yearend agreed-upon procedures engagements
